It was a blast! New friends, new samples and ideas and a make-n-take!
So here I am with "Mom" (Vicki Edwards) and my "sisters" (Melissa Bright, Donna Adwell, JoAnne Smith).
When you join Stampin' Up! (and my team) it' like a whole new family. I only had brothers growing up and now I have three "sisters"!We have a great time bouncing ideas and learning from each other!!
Here's our make-n-take we made:
This was the "Just Believe" stamp set. We colored the stamp with markers (yea - my fav!) and then misted it with water to make it look watercolor-y. We did a little bit of tearing and added the strip at the bottom. Does the strip look like ribbon? It's not!! It's cardstock! We punched a border of a strip of paper, ran it through the crimper three times and then put down a strip of tacky tape, created loops and stuck the paper down in between the loops!
